PUBLIC NOTICE The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and EQT Production Company have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. AST-18- 003 which resolves violation(s) of the WV Aboveground Storage Tank Act which occurred in Wyoming County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, EQT Production Company has agreed to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending November 18, 2017.
