each utility boiler (Unit 1, Unit 2 and Unit 3) at the Harrison Power Station.

exceed the applicable limitation of 0.46 lb/mmBtu as set forth in 40 CFR §76.7
(a)(2) for Group 1, Phase II dry bottom wall-fired boilers.
The renewal permit does not affect the Harrison Power Station’s responsibility
to meet all other existing local, state and federal requirements related to SO2
and NOx emissions.
The Designated Representative for the Harrison Power Station is Mr. Raymond L.
Evans of FirstEnergy Generation Corporation, 800 Cabin Hill Drive, Greensburg,
