Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing has been scheduled for Mountaineer Gas Company, Eastern Panhandle Expansion Project (WVR310880). The purpose of the hearing is to take comments on the draft permit that will cover the discharge of stormwater during construction activities. A hearing has been scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday January 9th, 2018 at: Berkeley Springs High School 149 Concord Avenue Berkeley Springs, WV 25441 Oral and written comments will be accepted at the hearing. After the public hearing, the comment period will be extended until 8 p.m. on Friday, January 19th, 2018.
