West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection This mailing is to advise the public that we have received an application for Incidental Boundary Revision of permit U007883 for THE MARION COUNTY COAL COMPANY , 46226 NATIONAL ROAD , SAINT CLAIRSVILLE, OH 43950. This application is for an incidental boundary revision on an existing Article 3 Permit, U007883, to add 12.2 acres and delete 24.2 acres to relocate degas/ccr boreholes and to remove unused permit area in the Mannington District of Marion County. The permit is located in Marion and Monongalia County, Longitude 80° 15´ 58.0000" Latitude 39° 36´ 14.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
