Public Notice Proposed Repeal of DAQ Interpretive Rule The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing to repeal interpretive rule 45 C.S.R. 31A, Release of Previously Submitted Confidential Information because it is deemed no longer necessary. The public comment period begins on June 22, 2018 and ends on July 23, 2018. Written comments may be submitted at any time during the public comment period to the DEP address below or emailed to laura.m.jennings@wv.gov. A public hearing will be held only if requested in writing. Department of Environmental Protection William F.
