West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection This mailing is to advise the public that we have received an application for Incidental Boundary Revision of permit U010483 for THE HARRISON COUNTY COAL COMPANY , 46226 NATIONAL ROAD , SAINT CLAIRSVILLE, OH 43950. This application is for an incidental boundary revision to an existing Article 3 Permit, U010483, to construct two CCR Boreholes needed to facilitate the underground mine in the Grant District of Wetzel County. The permit is located in Harrison County, Longitude 80° 21´ 35.0000" Latitude 39° 24´ 2.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
