The following has applied for a WV NPDES Water Pollution Control Permit for 
this facility or activity:

UT of Booths Creek of Monongahela River

Activity:	
operate and maintain a sewage treatment plant, stormwater disposal system, and 
best management practices that discharge treated wastewater and untreated 
stormwater via Outlet 002 and 004 to Booth's Creek of the Monongahela River.  
Also to operate and maintain a disposal system and best management practices to 
discharge untreated stormwater (roof drains) from Outlets 005, 006, 007 to an 
unnamed tributary of Booth's Creek and Outlet 008 directly to Booth's Creek, 
both of the Monongahela River.Tier 1 protection is provided for the uses 
specified in Title 47, Series 2, Section 6.

Business conducted:
Repair, maintain, and rebuild heavy equipment.

Implementation:
N/A

	On the basis of review of the application, the "Water Pollution 
Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a))," and the "West Virginia Legislative 
Rules," the State of West Virginia will act on the above application.

	Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit 
and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the 
Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public 
notice.  Such comments or requests should be addressed to:

	The public comment period begins June 21, 2018 and ends July 21, 2018.

	Comments received within this period will be considered prior to 
acting on the permit application.  Correspondence should include the name, 
address and the telephone number of the writer and a concise statement of the 
nature of the issues raised.  The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever 
a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree 
of public interest on issues relevant to the Draft Permit(s).  Interested 
persons may contact the public information office to obtain further information.

	The application, draft permit and any required fact sheet may be 
inspected, by appointment, at the Division of Water and Waste Management Public 
Information Office, at 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV 25304-2345, between 
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days.  Copies of the documents may be 
obtained from the Division at a nominal cost.
