PUBLIC NOTICE The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and Center Point Terminal Company LLC have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. AST- 19-002 which resolves violation(s) of the Aboveground Storage Tank Act which occurred in Brooke County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, Center Point Terminal Company LLC has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending April 28, 2019.
