The following applicant has applied for a State Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit for this facility or activity: Applicant: MOUNTAIN V OIL & GAS INC. PO BOX 470 BRIDGEPORT, WV 26330 Application Number: 2D08702003002 Business Conducted: Oil and/or Natural Gas production and/or related activity. Location: On waters of Lynncamp Run in Walton District, Roane County 677 Paxton Ridge Road, Walton, WV 25286 Approximate location: Latitude 38.589871 Longitude -81.447403 UTM North 4271356.8 UTM East 461037.7 Activity: Issuance of an Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit for the operation of a non-commercial facility used for the underground injection of approved Class II oil and gas waste fluids. The state of West Virginia will act on the above application in accordance with the West Virginia Legislative Rules, Title 47, Series 13, Section 13.24 issued pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 22, Article 11 & 12. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing within 30 days of the date of publication.
