This mailing is to advise the public that we have received an application for Incidental Boundary Revision of permit U001583 for WOLF RUN MINING LLC, 100 TYGART DR , GRAFTON, WV 26354.  This application is for an incidental boundary revision #23 to an existing Article 3 Permit, U001583, for the purpose of adding 8.80 acres to construct an access road and a ventilation shaft with a fan to change the post mining land use from forestland and residential (pre-mining) to forestland (post-mining).  

The permit is located in Barbour County, Longitude 80° 3´ 2.0000" Latitude 39° 12´ 0" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).

Please send any comments on this application to the address below, postmarked on or before the close of the comment period, and reference the permit number shown above.  A copy of the application will be available for inspection and obtaining copies during normal business hours at the DEP Regional Office located at the address below.
