PUBLIC NOTICE The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. AST-20-003 which resolves violation(s) of the Aboveground Storage Tank Act which occurred in Lincoln County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, Columbia Gas Transmission Corportion has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period ending April 17, 2020.
