West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection This mailing is to advise the public that we have received an application for Revision of permit U301503 for BLUE CREEK MINING, LLC , 3228 SUMMIT SQUARE PLACE SUITE 180, LEXINGTON, KY 40509. This application has been submitted in order to add 460.1 acres and delete 319.6 acres of mineral extraction to the currently approved mine limits and to add a new mineral landowner. The permit is located in Kanawha County, Longitude 81° 27´ 35.0000" Latitude 38° 21´ 10.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
