Location: 13574 Clay Hwy. (Rt. 16), Lizemores, WV, 25125 in Pleasant, Clay County. Approximate Location: Latitude 38.337882 Longitude -81.17044 UTM North 4243322 UTM East 485104 Activity: Issuance of an Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit for the operation of a non-commercial facility used for the underground injection of approved Class II oil and gas waste fluids. The state of West Virginia will act on the above application in accordance with the West Virginia Legislative Rule, Title 47, Series 13, Section 13.24 issued pursuant to West Virginia Code Chapter 22, Articles 11 and 12. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing within thirty (30) days of the date of publication.
