This mailing is to advise the public that the application has been marked technically complete for Incidental Boundary Revision 
of permit U102692 for THE MARSHALL COUNTY COAL COMPANY , 46226 NATIONAL ROAD , SAINT CLAIRSVILLE, OH 43950.  This application is for a significant incidental boundary revision to an existing Article 3 Permit, U102692, to add an additional 2.95 acre area consisting of the 21W-1 and 22W-1 MDBH, pad sites and associated support facilities to support underground coal mining operations and a waiver to exceed the acreage limitation to work within 300 feet of an occupied structure and to disturb within 100 feet of the Wetzel Run of Middle Grave Creek is being requested in the Cameron District of Marshall County.

The permit is located in Marshall County, Longitude 80° 42´ 0" Latitude 39° 48´ 25.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
