PUBLIC NOTICE CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN ADDENDUM FOR PETROLEUM IMPACTED SITE PUBLIC NOTICE NO.: CAP ADD WV Leak 90-040 DATE OF PUBLICATION: November 25, 2020 NEWSPAPER: Herald Dispatch The Office of Environmental Enforcement - Tanks Corrective Action Unit at the WV Department of Environmental Protection has approved a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) addendum submitted by the property owner/operator to address the release of petroleum products from regulated tanks for the following site: Speedway Facility #9259 4359 U.S. Route 60 Huntington, West Virginia WV ID #0600483; Leak #90-040 The CAP addendum briefly describes the extent of the release and details the proposed cleanup methods at the site.
