No.: WV0116521 Applicant: MURRAY AMERICAN ENERGY, INC. 46226 NATIONAL ROAD SAINT CLAIRSVILLE, OH 43950 Location: MANNINGTON, MARION COUNTY Latitude: 39:32:51 Longitude: 80:24:21 Receiving Stream: Dent's Run Activity: Transfer ownership of facility from Murray American Energy, Inc. to West Virginia Water Resources, Inc. Business conducted: Operate a solid industrial waste facility. Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application, the "Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a))," and the "West Virginia Legislative Rules," the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the draft permit and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. Comments received within this period will be considered prior to acting on the permit application. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the Draft Permit(s). Interested persons may contact the public information office to obtain further information. The application, draft permit and any required fact sheet may be inspected, by appointment, at the Division of Water and Waste Management, at 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV 25304-2345, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days.
