The significant revision proposes to revise the subsidence control plan in order to add 1,800 acres of additional underground mining reserves in the Eagle seam of coal. The permit is located in Nicholas County, Longitude 80° 59´ 25.0000" Latitude 38° 17´ 57.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
