West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection This mailing is to advise the public that we have received an application for Incidental Boundary Revision of permit U400687 for BAYSTAR COAL COMPANY, INC., PO BOX 1084 356 S COLLEGE AVE, BLUEFIELD, VA 24605. This application proposes to construct an additional mine opening. Wolfpen Branch of Big Creek of Jacobs Fork of Dry Fork of Tug Fork of the Big Sandy River is the drainage. Site is located 2.4 miles Northwest of Cucumber, WV. The permit is located in McDowell County, Longitude 81° 38´ 59.0000" Latitude 37° 18´ 44.0000" (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
