| 05/11/2021 | Planned Outage: DEP Online Services | As a result of ongoing degraded network services the West Virginia Office of Technology will require an emergency maintenance window starting at 8:00pm on Tueday, May 11 until approximately 10:00pm. The emergency outage will impact all Internet provided services including cloud hosted services, Internet provided VoIP telephony, VPN access, and third-party connectivity. While hopeful that tonight's maintenance will isolate and remedy the issue, it is possible that we will request another time to make changes until this issue has been resolved. |
